Insighting to develop market entry strategy

We have helped to build an entry strategy for a company into a highly competitive market. This was a full consulting engagement – from market research (qualitative and quantitative), insight mining exercise, leading to a strategy workshop where we guided the client team in identifying the strategic priorities given their current strengths and their ambition. In this piece of work, we have helped to identify the customer base to target (segmentation and profiling), spaces to enter, and consequently proposed innovations to build to fil in relevant gaps in the market.

Insighting to inspire innovation

We have helped a number of companies with an Insighting process – conducting ethnographic sessions and focus groups with potential customers to help clients teams ideate on potential innovation. After the initial ideas were developed, these were further developed and sharpened through a Consumer Sequential Recycling where we have highly-skilled members of the Brandev team joining the sessions along with the client teams and evolving the ideas as the learnings unfold.

Insighting to inspire development of global company purpose

We conducted extensive ethnographic research among various segments across the Philippines, to inspire the development of the Corporate Purpose of the company. This work has also inspired and informed the development of interventions that the company will implement as part of its objective ‘to build business while doing good’.

Insighting to develop brand identity

We have helped a number of brands shape and sharpen its positioning in the market. The nature of the projects have ranged from very new brands, brands needing a fresh image (relaunch), launch of brand extensions, etc. These were done usually starting with a consumer insighting process using specialized research methodologies, that served as inspiration to developing the Brand Identity. We conducted a Brand Identity Workshop with the Marketing Teams and their Research Agencies.

Insighting to grow usage of brands

We have helped companies to deliver insights that could unlock growth for their brands, through increasing usage among its customers (either by getting new customers, or increasing usage among its current base of customers). We use the Behavior Change framework, among other best-practice frameworks , to generate directions on how to get people to change behavior.

Insighting to develop poisitioning of brand in a crowd market

We have helped brands craft their positioning in markets where there are already many established players. This usually entails generating insights for innovation and product development to differentiate in the market, and conducting brand identity workshops and communication development program.
